About our founder
Ravi Kapoor founded Tushar Gems in 1998 and built it without inherited capital into a two-store gemstone house in Gurugram and Delhi. He created Gemwix, a sealed-pack gemstone brand, to bring certification and clear pricing to the category. He is a TEDx speaker, the author of Success by Chance or Choice — Which You Make It, and host of the Founder Journey Podcast.
