About Tushar Gems – Certified Natural Gemstones Since 1998
Tushar Gems and Jewellery Pvt Ltd has been in the business of natural coloured stones since 1998. What began as a trading desk is now a structured brand with a retail store in Gurugram, a certified online catalogue of over a thousand loose stones, and an in-house jewellery workshop. Our slogan has stayed the same throughout: Your Gems, Your Destiny.
Who we are
The company was founded by Ravi Kapoor, who built it himself — first generation, not inherited. Over 28 years he has bought stones directly from cutting centres and mining sources, and that buying relationship is the reason we can price per ratti honestly and tell you exactly where a stone came from.
In 2025 we launched Gemwix, India's dedicated gemstone brand, to bring the same standard to a national online audience: 100% natural, certified, from mines to market — with trust and transparency.
How we work differently
- Every stone is certified. Our gemstones carry reports from government-approved laboratories including IIGJ Research & Laboratories (GJEPC India) and the International Gemological Center. The report number is printed in the product title so you can check it before you order and match it against the certificate that arrives.
- The stone in the photo is the stone you get. Loose gemstones are one of a kind. We photograph every single piece rather than using catalogue images, so nothing is substituted.
- Treatment is stated, not hidden. Heating sapphires, oiling emeralds and colour-treating topaz are normal, accepted practices worldwide. Concealing them is not. We list the treatment from the certificate on every product.
- Per-ratti pricing with both weights shown. Gem laboratories certify in carats; Indian astrological practice prescribes ratti. We show both, so you can compare our rate against anyone else's without doing arithmetic.
- Free gemstone recommendation. If you are not sure which stone or weight suits you, our team will guide you before you spend anything.
