About the free consultation
Is the horoscope consultation really free?
Yes, completely free. There is no consultation fee and no obligation to purchase anything. Share your birth details with our team at either showroom and we will study your chart and guide you. If your kundli does not call for a gemstone at this time, we will tell you so honestly — this business has run on trust since 1998, not on pushing stones.
What details do I need to bring for the horoscope reading?
Three things: your date of birth, your exact time of birth, and your place of birth. The time matters most — even a difference of a few minutes changes the ascendant and therefore the recommendation. If you already have a kundli printed or on an app, bring it along; it saves time.
What will you tell me during the consultation?
We look at the planetary positions in your chart, your running dasha and mahadasha, and the houses that need support. From that we tell you which gemstone suits you, the correct weight in ratti, the finger it should be worn on, the metal it should be set in, and the day and muhurat for wearing it. Getting any one of these wrong reduces the benefit, so we go through all of them with you.
Can I get the consultation without visiting the showroom?
Yes. Send your date, time and place of birth on WhatsApp to +91 95400 05349 and our team will revert with a recommendation. That said, we do suggest visiting if you can — seeing stones under proper lighting, comparing colour and clarity side by side, and reading the certificate in person makes the decision much easier.
Do I have to buy a gemstone after the consultation?
Not at all. Many people come only to understand their chart and go home to think about it, and that is perfectly fine. A gemstone is a long-term decision and often a significant purchase — we would much rather you take your time than buy in a hurry.
Why a chart reading comes first
Why can I not simply buy the gemstone of my zodiac sign?
Because a rashi is only one part of the picture. Two people born under the same sign can have very different charts depending on the birth time, the ascendant, and which planetary period they are currently running. A stone that helps one person can sit wrong on another. You can see the planet-to-stone table on our Rashi Ratan page, but treat it as a starting point rather than a prescription — which is exactly why the consultation is free.
What if my chart suggests a stone I cannot afford right now?
We will tell you openly, and in most cases an accepted substitute (upratna) is available at a fraction of the cost, worn in a heavier weight. We will also be clear that a substitute does not carry the same rarity or market value as the original stone. The full substitute list is on our Gemstone FAQ page.
Is the gemstone energized before I wear it?
Yes. Energizing (pran pratishtha) is done before the stone is handed over to you, and we explain the day, muhurat, finger and metal for wearing it, along with how to care for it afterwards.
Do you also recommend Rudraksha?
Yes. If your chart or your purpose suits a Rudraksha, we will guide you on the right mukhi and on how to wear and maintain it. Our Rudraksha beads are original and lab tested.

Both showrooms are open all seven days, 11 AM to 8 PM. Walk-ins are welcome; for a detailed chart discussion an appointment is recommended so that we can give you proper time.
