Pitambari
About pitambari
Pitambari Neelam is one of the rarest stones in Vedic astrology — a natural bi-colour sapphire that carries both yellow and blue within a single crystal. Because of that, it is considered to hold the energy of Guru (Jupiter) and Shani (Saturn) together, and is traditionally recommended where a chart calls for both. Every Pitambari here is 100% natural, government lab certified and priced per ratti.
Why Pitambari is rare
Bi-colour sapphires of good quality are uncommon in any parcel. A true Pitambari must show both colours clearly, in reasonable balance, in a stone clean enough to wear — a combination that turns up rarely. Stock here is limited and changes as pieces sell, so what you see is what is currently available.

Answers to the questions our customers ask us most
Who should wear Pitambari?
It is generally recommended where an astrologer wants to strengthen both Jupiter and Saturn together, and for Dhanu, Meen, Makar and Kumbh ascendants. Because it carries Shani's energy it is considered a strong stone, and a trial period before wearing it permanently is traditionally advised.
How many ratti should it be?
Commonly 3 to 7 ratti for adults, subject to your astrologer's reading.
Which day, finger and metal?
Traditionally set in panchdhatu or silver and worn on the index or middle finger, first worn on a Thursday or Saturday after energising.
