We ship across India. Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below that amount carry a standard shipping charge, shown at checkout.

Orders are dispatched from our Gurugram store. Every gemstone is checked and its certificate verified before it is packed, so please allow time for dispatch in addition to transit. You will receive tracking details by WhatsApp or email once your order ships.

High-value orders are shipped insured and may require a signature on delivery.

If something isn't right, you can raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with the certificate, box and all original packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund or exchange.

Please note that custom or made-to-order jewellery, and items that have been set, cut, drilled or altered after delivery, cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Every gemstone we sell comes with a lab certificate carrying a report number you can verify independently. If an independent government-approved lab finds that a stone does not match its certificate, we will take it back in full.
