Emerald Necklace
About emerald necklace
An emerald necklace is a strand of natural Panna beads, sometimes paired with pearls, for anyone who wants green gemstone jewellery for daily wear, gifting or occasions.
Handcrafted Emerald (Panna) bead necklaces in natural certified emerald, mostly Zambian origin. Panna is the stone of Budh (Mercury), linked with communication, trade and clear thinking, and a bead necklace is a comfortable way to wear it every day.
Emerald is a softer stone than sapphire or ruby, so these strands are knotted carefully and are best kept away from hard knocks and hot water. Each necklace is made in our own workshop from natural beads.
For a single certified stone, see loose Emerald, or read Zambian vs Colombian emerald.

FAQs
Answers to the questions our customers ask us most
Is an emerald necklace worn for Budh?
In Vedic tradition Panna is linked with Budh. A bead strand is one traditional way to wear it; many buyers wear it simply as jewellery.
What is the difference between emerald and semi emerald?
Strands sold as emerald use natural emerald beads. Semi emerald strands are named separately so you can compare them clearly; ask us about any piece.
How should I clean it?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid hot water, ultrasonic cleaners and perfume on the beads.
