Products must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. The product should be returned in its original condition with all tags attached, along with the original packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and any other accompanying documents.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected by Tushar Gems, the refund will be initiated to the customer's original payment method or chosen mode of refund within 3 working days.
Refund and Cancellation for Services
As services are delivered instantly and are of a consultative nature, "NO REFUND" and "NO CANCELLATION" will be applicable once payment has been made.
Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order is shipped/dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained. However, the return policy will still apply.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Tushar Gems ships products across India. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of confirmation, except on Sundays and national holidays.
For areas serviced by reputed courier partners, delivery time is typically 3–4 business days from shipping (excluding Sundays and holidays).
For remote or non-metro areas, delivery may take 7–10 business days, depending on the location and courier availability.
Please note:
Delivery timelines are subject to logistics constraints, unforeseen delays, and external factors beyond the control of Tushar Gems.
In rare cases where delivery is untraceable or delayed unusually, Tushar Gems reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer's source account.

At Tushar gems,
We offer PAN India shipping on all our Gems and jewellery pieces. Once your order is confirmed, our standard shipping timeline is 3–5 working days. Each piece is carefully packed and dispatched with love to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
For international orders, we currently offer shipping on a case-by-case basis. If you're outside India and wish to place an order, please feel free to reach out to us via email or Instagram DM. Our team will assist you with the process and provide shipping options and timelines based on your location.
